My experience with buick has been fine for general maintenance, but when it comes to warranty work I have been let down! I purchased my 2024 Buick envista year which I love! But around 5000 my door speakers began acting up, I made an appointment took it in they say I need a speaker, and I’d have to wait an unknown time gift it to come in, fine I waited speaker came was replaced. Everything is good for literally a day or so, 2 speakers go out , hit a bump and sometimes they all go out. Took it in again at this point I’m at 30000 miles bumper to bumper ends at 36000! They tell me this visit (which I left a message with the general manager of the dealership who scheduled this appointment and said they would get it rite) fast forward as I’m leaving o we replaced one speaker and 1 is still out and I’ll have to wait for it to come in with no estimate date or time. So I leave with 3 door speakers working make it home with only 2 🤦🏾‍♂️, I feel as if the dealership is not doing everything they can to help, I have been driving a brand new car for 25000 out of the 30000 miles with no radio! Rediculous! So now I wonder what will happen whn I reach 36000 and it still isn’t fixed I’m sure they will say it’s to late and it’s my fault! I would have been ok with a loaner car to use while they had my car until they fixed it or atleast offer to extend my bumper to bumper. All I’m asking is for a full working radio on a brand new car!!!! It’s not to late to try to make it rite so hopefully someone has compassion and reaches out to me with a fair resolution.. Thanks

Service department employees are rude. I’ve bought 4 vehicles from landers over the years; 1 from landers Nissan, 1 from landers dodge, and 2 from landers gmc and get all service completed at landers. Yet, the service department is always rude and acts like they are being bothered if you come in to get service. Then when you go to pay they just look at you. It’s never “Hi, how may I help you?” Or anything close to that it’s just a stare.

Upon entering the dealership, the receptionist was too busy on the computer to greet me even though she looked up at me. A gentleman employee was walking through & saw me looking around and asked if he could help. I said I was there to meet Calvin, then the busy receptionist chimed in and asked someone else if they'd seen Calvin. Calvin was great. Mr. Pritchard was dry & somewhat rude. I thought it was simply his personality until when we'd finished he became very pleasant. Go figure. He was irritated that I chose to read documents after he "said" what I was signing. Yeah, he may need a refresher course in customer service.

I had the same experience as my last which was a lack of communication from the employee I worked with. My car was there for a week before I finally had to send a message asking for an update. I felt it was continually me contacting yall regarding my vehicle. By day 10, my vehicle was ready. I understand yall are busy and yall did give me a heads up that it would be 5-7 days. But the lack of communication as far as updates, etc is my main issue there. On top of that, the piece that had to be taken off to repair what was needed, wasn’t even put back on properly and there are now greasy dirty marks all over my ceiling I’m assuming from the mechanic’s hands.

I was told that my vehicle had to be left for 2 days to repair the turbo charger. My vehicle was kept for 6 days. I was never contacted with any updates to the status of my car. On day 3 I called and was told the turbo had been repaired but they had to check for misfires. On day 6 I requested an update on my vehicle via text. I received a text message that my vehicle was ready for pickup. I'm sure it did not take 3 extra days to determine there were no additional repairs needed. The day after I picked up my car, the air conditioning system stopped working. The air conditioner was working fine when I dropped the car off. I am so disappointed in the customer service I received from Buick. I should have been contacted by Buick with updates on my car instead of me having to make repeated calls and text to get information. I called several times and got no answer and then I sent a text message.

He Took great notes and answered every question I I could tell that he was trained very well by the former service manager, and he stepped into some big shoes and he exemplified what this organization demands and provide to customers ,that’s why for the last five years I drive from Arlington Tennessee and pass by miany places to have my 2500 Sierra GMC Denali . Service at landers Buick GMC in Southhaven Mississippi on Goodman Road.. I remember the first service I received from this dealership and I gave it a very poor rating and the manager and or head man in charge of the dealership responded to my survey response and when I went back, the changes were made, and I have had nothing but great success ever since. I’m trying to think of the Diesel mechanic’s name so forgive me, sir. I want make sure I acknowledge you as well. You went above and beyond to make sure everything was OK with my truck and whenever I came in and I wanted to speak with you, you are always make yourself available to answer my questions and give me suggestions. You and Mr. Matthews are the backbone of your dealership it starts with a simple good morning or good evening. I don’t do surveys a lot. I wait to see if there’s consistency so that’s why this survey is so long because I had an opportunity on this last oil change and tire rotation. I met the new manager, and he really displayed a genuine concern for me as I explained to him that I drive all away from Arlington to Landers for all of my vehicle service, maintenance, and the nice cashier who I get the opportunity to pay her for the great service. I want to recognize you as well. You always present me with a smile and always ask me how my day is going and when I look at your gray hair, I see nothing but wisdom and genuine care for each customer. Trust me I pay attention to everything all of the moving parts all the way to the young lady who answer the phone and dispatches the calls to the right staff member. I apologize. I’m not that good with names unless I write it down. there’s always room for improvement and I know that it is a two-way street. You tell me what I need to do and I do it and I see things and in return let the team members know all around. I was quoted $2700 after taxes $3k for repairs and it'd take 3-5 days. It took over 3 weeks and I was lied to constantly about timeline. I spoke with a front desk lady who looked up my truck who said all parts were in but no work was being done on my truck. When i talked to my vehicle rep he said we were still awaiting parts to come in to finish repairs. When i confronted him about what the front desk lady said he stated the last part just arrived. And it'd be another week to finish repairs. I had to pay out of pocket over 3 weeks for a rental car. When I asked for compensation i was told manager said he would not give me a vehicle because id put to many miles on it and in exchange they would discount repairs cost. When I arrived to get my truck I was told my bill was around $3.7k and they got it down to 3k for me. Which was the original quote and so I was upcharged to make it seem like a discount was given. Never will go back again.

I asked the clerk to PLEASE have my fluids checked. She assured me they would. They were not. I have had my oil changed there 3 times and they never check my fluids, this was the first time I received a Inspection Checklist. Check brake reservoir said ok - I had to buy brake fluid the next day because it was not any in at all. I had to put window washer in because it was very low. I bought coolant because it less than half the required amount All my tires had a different amount of air pressure. Should be 35, 1-said 33, two said 34 and 1 35. I checked that as soon as I got in the car because of the monitor in the car..and know sometimes you have to drive a minute once air is put in before all registry the same. I am very disappointed but not surprised, disappointed because I told the service clerk that they had not checked it the two times before, even to the point that when she asked for my signature I pointed out I didn't see check fluids and she said that the 27P meant fluids would be checked. I didn't check Power Steering or Transmission, but will have my son check those. The brake fluid could have cause more harm than any and I and to fill it. Second bad experience since I started bringing my car there, might have to change.

I was the first car in at 7am for an oil change. My app said the service was completed shortly after I dropped off the car, but no one called to tell me it was ready. I called for two hours trying to get someone in service to pick up the phone and all I got was voicemail and no return calls. I finally texted Charles the owner, not knowing it was his day off and he gave me the phone number of the head of service. They didn't answer either. I finally got a text back from the head of service at 10:50 am that they were just finishing up the paperwork. 3 hours for an oil change? That's why people go to Valvoline and Jiffy Lube. I had thought that I would use the dealership to do my oil changes since it's a new car but this experience changed my mind. Charles the owner is great, he always calls back and gets you what you need. But the rest of the team, I'm not so sure about.

This was probably the worst experience I’ve ever had getting a service. I value my time and I do not appreciate it being wasted. I was going to the vending machine when they pull my vehicle back in. So, I waited patiently for another 20 or 30 minutes. I have my son with me and he needs his diaper changed. I had to go back outside to see what was going on. Instead of taking my paperwork inside so I can go. They out there talking about who’s retiring and trying to figure out with one of them are paying for lunch. When they finally decided to ask what they could help me with. I ask what the problem is and had to tell they my name three times. Just to hear oh it might be ready. Still did not try to take care of me until I pointed out that I seen when my vehicle was pulled back in. I could understand if they was busy. I see now that you all have no respect for the customers. I’m very upset by the lack of respect for my son. I’ll be take my business elsewhere

Hi I came to landers Buick to get my 2022 Buick envision service January 8 I don’t know the tech name but he didn’t service my vehicle at all I payed for the service like it was done I got home look under my hood their was barely any oil in my vehicle fluids wasn’t check still low tire pressure was in tires was different pressure air filter light remain on he didn’t change it he was terrible landers need to fire him but I brought it back and the manager got me right with one of his other service tech

I scheduled my car for service on a Monday. By Thursday, my app indicated the issue was the fuel module. The following Tuesday, the dealership called and said they still didn’t know what the problem was. I told them the app identified the fuel module, and that’s when they said they would need to order the part. I picked up my car on Friday, but as soon as I left the parking lot, I noticed the collision warning light was still on and the cruise control wasn’t working. The week prior, I had already brought the vehicle in, and they told me the issue was the battery. I paid for an expensive replacement, only to later find out the real problem was the fuel module. During that earlier visit, I also reported that the collision system and road sign recognition weren’t working. I’ve since learned that when the OnStar subscription expires, certain features are disabled—even though OnStar shouldn’t be required for those functions. It feels like I paid for features that are now being restricted. At this point, I have a truck I’ve invested a lot of money in, was without it for nearly three weeks, and it’s still not fully repaired. I’m left with a warning light on and key features not functioning.
