Confirmed Service Customer
I drop my truck at 7:30 am for an oil change and told them that I will pick it up when I get off work. I got off at 2:00pm and my truck was not ready. I have never had this problem before and don't think I will be coming back. Just for an oil change.

It was great. I enjoyed all employees that I engaged with outside of the sales man. I was informed of everything that was required for me to purchasing my new vehicle.The sales man (Calvin) was knowledgeable and professional. Mr. Calvin even checked on a few times to make sure I and the vehicle was doing good. The atmosphere is amazing as well.

As always Tommy was stellar and the service was great this time also. The check out lady tried to close early and when I showed up at 5:55 she got a little attitude trying to tell me she is closed. And I said no mam. Y’all close at 6 I need my truck and she let me pay and get my keys

I wasn’t greeted when I pulled into the stall. I got out the car & waited for someone to say something. I think 2 hours is too long to wait for a simple oil change when you have an appointment.
